Yellow Bear Journeys

Take the Next Step in your Healing Process

😷

We offer a relaxing setting where you can enter into the Presence of the Wind. In that Presence, you can receive healing for whatever ails you - spiritual, emotional, physical, etc.
People most often experience freedom from fear and waves of joy. Quite often they feel grounded.
Quite often their stories are rewritten &n-; from victim to one who is intimately cared for and loved; from all alone in the world to surrounded by loved ones.
Sometimes people are healed at the root from a traumatic experience that happened when they were very young. In some cases it&';s an event that occurred before they were born. When that root is healed, it often heals the same roots in their siblings and parents.
People are often healed from their Inner Civil War.
Physical healing sometimes accompanies these other healings, but not nearly as often as we&';d like it to. Still, we won&';t complain when it does happen.

Our job in this healing process is to help you enter the Presence of the Wind and step into Paradise for a while. Your job is to relax, be yourself, and to communicate to us what is happening. We may prompt you along the way with What&';s happening now?. The Wind&';s job is to connect with you and to release you from whatever&';s holding you back.

When Yellow Bear came to the Lake of Healing, being a bear, he jumped right in.

The wound is the place where the light enters you &m-; Rumi

jicMaylc
jicMaylc is the sound the Wind makes when it fills a sail. Since the Wind fills every sail differently, and since the Wind never fills any sail the same way twice, jicMaylc is pronounced differently every time it is said. The final c is usually unpronounced or is aspirated &n-; breathed. For me, the j is often pronounced as an h.
jicMaylc means &l";Wind&';s Up!&r"; or &l";Beauty!&r";
jicMaylc is a brotherly greeting.
jicMaylc is the combined essence of the mind, heart, and gut or instinct. It is uttered when these three are aligned in a common purpose or direction. It is uttered when these three are in agreement.

You are a three-masted ship. The front mast, the one cutting the wind, leading the way, is the mind. The middle mast, the big one, the one that is the drive behind this voyage, is the heart. Taking up the rear, giving nuance to the direction, is the instinct.

Your life is a voyage. You might as well take it at Full Wind.
When your mind, heart, and instinct are aligned and in agreement, you are led by the Wind. This is because the direction the Wind wants you to go; is the same as the one that you want to go. But you cannot know which direction that is if only your mind, heart, or instinct decides the direction. Even though the mind leads and creates the course, it cannot do so without the agreement and input of the heart and instinct.

Just because you take life at Full Wind, does not mean that you travel through life at break-neck speeds. It means that you experience life fully. It means that you never stagnate.

When you travel with the Wind, you create a slipstream, making a path for others.

You will want other lead ships as companions. Other lead ships that you can greet with jicMaylc.

At times it may seem as if there is no Wind. There is always Wind; you just have to know where to find it. The way to find the Wind is to find where your mind, heart, and instinct are out of alignment. Is the mind imposing its values on the heart or the instinct? Is the mind telling you what it thinks the heart and instinct should be saying? Is the mind telling you stories about its own role? Is the heart closed? Is the instinct silent? Do you not trust your mind, heart, and instinct? Are you listening to their individual essences and to their combined essence? Do they feel loved?

Each mast must be well repaired and flexible enough to hold the Wind. Does any mast need healing?

Is that the Wind I hear?
jicMaylc &n-; Wind&';s Up!
Let&';s Go!

Ayeeee! My Soul wants to wail
Shoosh! I tell it &n-; all is well
All is not well, it complains

While I am not listening, my Soul goes on weeping:
I am bruised. I need salve for my rusty joints. I am not as young as I used to be &n-; where is the energy of my youth? Can you not see I am black and blue? I need relief from the arguments in my head. People scream at me, like I am nothing! Where are my defender friends when I need them? My heart aches so much that it&';s burning a hole in my chest. When will the pain stop?!

Listen! Is that the Wind? When it comes, we will have a nice Barbecue. Won&';t that be grand?
My Soul hides. It knows it shouldn&';t complain in the presence of the Wind. Yet it is so out of sorts, how can it do elsewise?

The Wind Comes. It calls me aside, whispering in my ear. I think it&';s a great idea and invite my Soul to the Barbecue. My Soul, no longer feeling left out brings the Ice Cream. We all have a grand time.
After the Wind leaves, my Soul realizes it has been healed &n-; just by being in the presences of the Wind. I promise not to neglect my Soul quite so much and my Soul promises to attend all my parties.
We both know more healing is in store for us, but for now, all is well.

Healing Contagion
Every day, the Healing Waters of the Healing Lake lapped around in little wavelets. One day, they decided to go for a journey, a journey outside their lake. Nice as their lake was, they wanted to see more.
So, they lapped up onto the shore.
The healing land came running quickly, happily, to meet the healing water. Oooh, Aaaah, it said as they met full on.
The healing plants said Wheeee! as they drank up the water from the healing land. The animals for their part, went skipping around, waiting for something to happen before they went dashing off.
What were they waiting for?
Then came the Shamen and Shawomen to that healing place. They placed their fingers in the new mud and drew on each other and on the animals. They drew messages of healing; then they were off.
Off to heal the world!

Won&';t you come join in the fun?
